How We Work
A few things that shape how Gronta gets built.
Small team, real ownership
Everyone owns what they build, from the first idea to the version customers use.
Customers first
We build what makes a real difference to the people using Gronta every day.
Honest by default
We say what the product does today, not what we hope it will do one day.
AI in our own work
We use AI tools to build Gronta, and we care about using them well.
